Everything We Own in a Box to the Left

So I haven't written in 2 weeks since I've been lacking internet connection at home, and instead of trying to re-hash everything we've done I'm just going to write what I remember and combine the past 2 weeks into 1 post.

Caleb:  He's growing and his 18 month size pants are starting to fit him better length wise.  His words of the week are "No" and "Mine".  It's rather interesting to see him think that he can convince me that he's constantly allowed to have his way. My favorite quote from the adult session of Stake Conference this weekend was "Many children these days suffer from a Vitamin "N" defficiency".  Be sure you give your child(ren) a healthy dose of Vitamin N."

Byron:  He is my darling love.  This week he's been very busy.  Monday he went to play racquetball with the Centerville Missionaries in the racquetball courts at their apartment.  They didn't get to play quite as long as he was hoping but he enjoyed himself and they have an appointment to play again next week.  Tuesday evening he had a home teaching appointment with a less active member of our ward.  Byron called me on the way home excited because this brother just happened to serve in Hungary (years before Byron) and remembered enough that they got to converse in Hungarian for a while.  This brother also had a screech owl house on the back of his house with a built in cam so he and his daughter could watch the babies grow (Byron also has a love and interest in bird watching) and he did a post graduate program in Mathematics.  Needless to say it is quite evident that the Lord had a hand in assigning Byron as his home teacher :).

Arielle:  I've just been fighting my way through allergies and moving stuff.  With the help of my parents we were able to make enough trips over to the house that Byron and I have been sleeping in the house for about a week.  Thursday I got to go to lunch with my cousin and her adorable son before watching him while she went to her meet'n'greet OB appt. in Ohio (she's 36ish weeks pregnant and she and her husband are here for the summer while he works as an intern for a company here)

In General:  Yesterday we got all of our stuff moved in!!! 3 brothers from our ward, my cousin and her husband, and one of Byron's co-workers showed up with 2 trucks and a couple other large vehicles to help us get the rest of our things moved over to the house.  After all the work my parents got done there was only 3 dressers, our bed frame, a couch, and the crib (and a couple other small things).  Byron said there were times when they were standing around waiting since there wasn't much work to do, but I was extremely grateful for the help and they got done very fast.  The funniest part was watching all 6 of them get the couch down into the basement.. (1 at each end of the couch, 1 under it watching the handrail, a spotter at the top of the stairs making sure they didn't hit the lamp, and 2 in the basement to catch it as they put it over the banister)  I got to sleep in my bed for the first time in a week and I was so grateful to Byron's co-worker who stayed after everyone else to put our bed to put back together.  (This co-worker just happens to live in the same neighborhood...I think you'll hear a lot about him in the future since Byron offered to help him with weekend projects hahaha)

David:  He's been getting more and more active and the other day I texted Byron to let him know that our son was practicing either zumba or kick-boxing. (I'm leaning toward zumba since it's more fun haha) I've only got 4 months left and I can't believe how fast time is flying right now.

So I hope this didn't get too long, but I know I left a lot out.  When I get all my pictures hung on the walls and the boxes unpacked I'll upload pictures of the house, but for now here are a couple cute pictures of Caleb.  We love you all, Cheerio!!!

He had pulled the drawer our and climbed in,
then gotten quite frustrated he couldn't get back out.

My handsome boys!
They put this pantry together for me one evening after Byron got off work.
I was really excited because I had debated about whether or not we should get it but the night we went to do so,
it just happened to be on sale.

Normal people keep skeletons in their closet, I keep mine in my dresser :)

Alyssa got asked to modest prom by a boy in her ward this evening while we were here for dinner.
(The note was in code and she's currently working on making him a tie that will match her dress to go with her reply)
