I Get Knocked Down, but I Get Up Again

This week has been a wonderfully fun one and I hope you enjoy reading about it :)

Caleb:  He's walking!!! - kinda hahaha.  He can walk across a room if he wants to but he falls pretty often.  Fortunately he often gets back up and starts going again - hence the title :) He's such a cutie - his new favorite thing however, is having Byron and I brush his hair.  He'll hand us his baby hair brush then look at the ground so we have easy access to his head.  It's adorable.

Byron:  He got to learn some new programming tools this week and is looking forward to the company moving to a new location within the next month and a half.  The bike ride will be a little longer, but apparently everyone will have more space.  He's falling more in love with Caleb every day - except the days where Caleb throws fits for no reason and won't let Byron calm him down - and continues to be the best husband ever.

Arielle:  I'm enjoying life - Monday I got to spend the afternoon with a friend of mine eating pizza and watching movies. Caleb kept trying to get into things but we managed to avoid disaster. :) Caleb has been taking naps at pretty consistent times, which means I get a break, and usually a nap, as well.  Byron found one of his polishing cloths this week and cleaned my rings for me, making them all shiny and sparkly again, and I got to help my mom put together a couple of sample albums for the bridal expo here in Dayton that she had a booth at this weekend. My most exciting activity though, was using a tutorial I found on pinterest (and my awesome new sewing machine) to sew dresses for 2 of my younger sisters.  Upon seeing the one I made for Amelia, Gabrielle and Alyssa have both put in requests as well, and Byron said I could start trading them dresses for baby-sitting hours - something I definitely think I'll be banking on in the near future hahaha.

In General:  Guess we didn't really do much this week.  Monday evening the weather wasn't too bad and we had a new stroller Byron was really excited about, so we walked over to the library and checked out a few books for Caleb and a couple movies.  Wednesday evening I had agreed to pick up some dry-cleaning for the Dayton Elders (the cheapest dry-cleaners are in Centerville so when they were in the area Monday, they dropped a couple suits off) so we spent an hour or so driving to the 2 different locations looking for their suits (the first place had them but had only looked at the address on the receipt instead of the claim ticket and set me to the one on the other side of town.) After the girl there looked all over for them I finally called and talked to the Elders to figure out where things were.  After getting dinner (and looking at some adorable puppies at the mall) we went back and were able to pick up the suits.  We went to the library again, to give Caleb some play time, before heading home.  We put Caleb down then Byron dropped off the suits with the Centerville Elders who would be seeing the Dayton missionaries the next morning.  Saturday we were looking after Amelia and Charlie while my mom and dad were at the bridal expo, so we took them to the aquarium so they wouldn't have to be cooped up in the apartment with us all day.  We had fun looking at the different fish and Charlie almost got to pet a shark (it kept swimming away when he put his hand near the water).

Guess that's all for now, we hope you have a wonderful week! Cheerio!

This steering wheel was his favorite

In the frog bog with Uncle Charlie at the Aquarium
They had 4 different frogs this size and when you pushed a button on their back it made the sound of that kind of frog
