This post is being written for 2, maybe three weeks ago, so just keep that in mind, and I will try to get everything caught up by the end of the day.
David: Thursday was his 4 month check up. He didn't like getting shots...at all, but he was healthy and strong. He's in the 92nd percentile for weight, but only the 20th percentile for height, so he's my short, chunky baby boy. I had to stop putting him into most of the 3-6 month clothes and trade them for the 6-9 month, even though they're a little long, because his tummy is so big. Friday he had a pair of baby jeans on and I had to take them off of him just so I could hold him in a sitting position. Craziness.
Caleb: He turned 2 years old on Wednesday! Monday night we had a little family party with his Granny, Grandad, aunts and uncles for him. I don't remember what I made for dinner, but I think it involved rice since he loves it so much, and I picked up cupcakes at Sam's Club with Lightening McQueen and Mater decorations. He blew out his candles all by himself, and loved eating the icing off his cupcakes. He got a Cars track from his Grandma and Grandpa Boulton with 4 of the characters from the movies, shoes and pajamas with Lightening McQueen and Mater on them from Granny and Grandad, a Cars story book from his Aunt Lolli (Aunt Alyssa) and building blocks from Byron and I. I guess we're kind of out of the loop on what our kid likes hahaha. He loves all of his new toys, though we wish he would build with his blocks instead of just knocking them all over the room. He is talking more and more. We love his little voice and the way he reiterates things. We've decided we need to be more careful around him though after he called Byron a butthead the other morning...Good times.
Byron: He loves riding his bicycle, he never talks about work anymore since he's always in his "black box" and is looking forward to spending some time at home over the holidays. He's had a lot of pressure this week trying to celebrate Caleb's birthday, our anniversary, and my birthday, but I think he has held up rather well and might make it through New Years without running away. :)
Arielle: My Birthday was Sunday! Friday afternoon my mommy planned a girls lunch out to celebrate and she got a bunch of the women from my ward to come. I had a great time talking to everyone and eating yummy Chinese food. That evening we had kind of planned on going to see some Christmas lights on a date, but I didn't plan well enough and decided to stay home rather than trying to get a baby sitter last minute, so we ordered Jimmy Johns and watched Ratatouille instead. I had a good time laughing at it, and Byron liked laughing at me, so I guess it was a success. :)
In General: This week has just been the start of celebrating for us. Saturday was our 3 year anniversary and my parents and siblings took Caleb and David for the afternoon so we could go on a date. We went to the temple that afternoon, which I was very excited about, and went to Olive Garden for dinner afterwards. It was a wonderful day and I loved spending time with Byron and celebrating such a special day. Byron was afraid he hadn't done enough to commemorate our day, but I thought it was perfect. He is such a wonderful gift in my life and I am so grateful for him. Sunday was my 23rd birthday. Byron made me breakfast in bed, french toast and orange juice, and it was so yummy. He used the pepperidge farm cinnamon swirl bread to make the french toast and I love that the cinnamon is strong and swirled all through the bread instead of just lightly scattered over a bunch of pieces. That night my mommy made me dinner, fettuccini alfredo and rolls, with a fudge marble swirl cake for dessert. It was all delicious and I ate way too much, but it made me happy. :)

We were waiting in the Doctors office and I had been filling out some paperwork when I turned to find he had gotten up on the bench, put a plastic cover on it, and put this in his ear.
